This policy covers how parts & supplies ordered from Wear and Tear Total Care LLC are delivered. Services are performed at your location and are scheduled through booking, not shipped.

1. Fulfillment options

  • Delivery — parts shipped to your address for a flat shipping fee shown at checkout.
  • Free pickup at appointment — choose this and we bring your parts when we service your vehicle, at no shipping cost.
  • Many parts can be installed during your mobile service — just book the matching service.

2. Processing time

In-stock orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Used, remanufactured, or special-order items may take longer; we'll let you know if there's a delay.

3. Shipping costs & delivery area

Shipping is a flat fee displayed at checkout; pickup at your appointment is free. We primarily serve Davenport, FL & surrounding areas. For deliveries outside our local area, contact us first to confirm options.

4. Tracking

When your order ships, we'll share tracking (where available) by email or text. You can also reach us with your order reference (ORD-XXXXXX) for an update.

5. Damaged or lost shipments

If an item arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right — see our Refund & Return Policy.
