These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Wear and Tear Total Care LLC's website and services. By booking a service, placing an order, or using this site, you agree to these terms. Questions? Call or text 931-998-2245 or email [email protected].

1. Our services

Wear and Tear Total Care LLC provides mobile automotive repair and maintenance, and sells automotive parts & supplies, serving Davenport, FL & surrounding areas. We provide quotes before work begins and may decline work that is unsafe or outside our scope.

2. Pricing & payment

  • All prices are in U.S. dollars. Quoted prices may change if the scope of work changes — we'll confirm with you first.
  • We accept card payments (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Afterpay.
  • Deposits: for card payments you may choose to pay a partial deposit (minimum 40% of the total) to book, with the balance due after the service; or you may pay in full.
  • Buy Now, Pay Later: when paying with Afterpay (or other Buy Now, Pay Later providers such as Affirm), the full amount must be paid in a single transaction — these methods cannot be used for partial deposits.
  • Completed services and the final balance are payable in full upon completion.

3. Bookings, scheduling & cancellations

  • Appointments are scheduled for a date and arrival window we confirm with you. Times may shift due to traffic, weather, or prior jobs running long.
  • You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment for a full refund of any amount paid. Cancellations inside 24 hours, or no-shows, may incur a trip/booking fee.
  • You are responsible for providing safe, legal access to the vehicle at the agreed location.

4. Parts & products

Parts and products (including new, used, and remanufactured items) are sold as described. Availability and pricing may change. Returns and warranties for parts are covered in our Refund & Return Policy.

5. Workmanship warranty

Our workmanship is backed by a 90-day warranty. If a repair we performed fails due to our workmanship within 90 days, we will re-perform that work at no additional labor cost. Parts may carry their own manufacturer warranty.

6. Returns & refunds

Refunds, returns, deposits, and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Customer responsibilities

  • Provide accurate vehicle, contact, and location information.
  • Disclose known issues that may affect safety or the work.
  • Ensure the vehicle is accessible and the work area is safe and legal.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wear and Tear Total Care LLC is not liable for pre-existing vehicle conditions, indirect or consequential damages, or issues unrelated to the work we performed. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the service or product at issue. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Privacy

Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown here, with its "last updated" date, is the one in effect.
